A note re cancellation fees should be on page 1 and not hidden away in the small print under term no.7. One would not expect to be charged 90% when cancelling after two hours following booking for travel 3 days later and more especially when a driver had not been selected."

"The driver and the trip were no problem. The issue was that my flight home was cancelled and you refused to refund the costs for it. I called twice as soon as i found out the flight was delayed, queuing for a total of over 20 minutes just to speak with someone. I was told no refund would be provided as you required 24 hours notice. How can i give you 24 hours notice of a cancelled flight? Your operator then told me that the driver had already travelled to the airport hence the charge was valid, however i spoke with the driver directly who advised he had not travelled. I think this is disgusting charging people for a service they cannot use through no fault of their own. I will ensure that for future trips i do not use your company again"

"We were flying in from Spain to pick up a cruise at Tilbury but had to stay overnight in Southend. Once we accepted the quote from the hotel to Tilbury Neil rang us to confirm all the details. On arrival at hotel there was a message for us confirming pick up time. Neil was waiting for us at the appointed time and again at Tilbury for our return journey. Excellent and reliable service, we would definately use again and recommend to anyone wanting an efficient transfer service."

"we used this firm for the first time as it is the cheapest one from were we was from to Southend. The cab turned up on time but unfortunately when we came out the club he was not there and we could not get hold of the cab company or the driver so we paid for a return that we never got and ended up being stuck there for another hour and had to pay extra for another firm to take us home. We would not use these again as we have lost trust in them."
